This novella takes place within the universe of my Over The Top Love series and is an introduction to my next series. It happens after the events of The Villain Edit. Ashley and Gabe from that book are the only previous book characters mentioned on page in this novella, and you don’t need to have read any of my other books/novellas to read this one.

Also, be warned, this novella is the spiciest of the series. There is explicit sex between three consenting adults and the swords do cross. There’s also a little light breeding kink with no actual intention of pregnancy (more like fun with fluids). If you dislike pregnancy in epilogues, maybe skip that (or read up until Aiden and Garrett escape the goose).

The main character Kate has a violent stalker who does appear on page (briefly). As she’s a famous actress, he isn’t someone known to her, but he has broken into her house and threatened her before the book starts, and he does reappear at the end.

 

There is a shooting in a Las Vegas club. No one is injured, and this incident kicks off my next three books.

There is also alcohol use, swearing, and a third act break up—but all three characters find their HEA together.

Before the book starts, Kate drunkenly comes onto her bodyguard, and both remember it on-page. She recognizes her behavior as inappropriate and wants to fix things between them.

There’s also a very aggressive goose. The cobra-chicken variety.
